🐾 MEET AND GREET (NEW CLIENTS, start here!)

$0 / FREE initial Meet and Greet

Meet and Greets are required for all new clients and can be done at any time—even if you don't have service dates in mind yet. I like to chat with you and meet your pet(s) before any scheduled bookings so we’re both on the same page about your instructions and expectations.  

The initial meet and greet is free; if additional introductory or key collection visits are needed, a 30-min drop-in fee of $25 will apply. You will be asked to complete intake forms at the time of booking to get your client file started. If you need assistance, we can complete these together at your initial Meet and Greet.  

🐾 DROP-IN VISIT

Starting at $25 / 30 minutes

Starting at $45 / 60 minutes

Starting at $65 / 90 minutes

Drop-in visits are scheduled in 30-minute increments (30-, 60-, 90-minutes) and include needed tasks on your property for up to two pets in the home. These are perfect for cats or dogs who are happy to play in your home or fenced yard. 

If you'd like to include a leashed walk, please book the Walk + Visit service instead. 

 

🐾 WALK + VISIT

Starting at $30 / 30 minutes

Starting at $50 / 60 minutes

Starting at $70 / 90 minutes

Walking visits are scheduled in 30-minute increments (30-, 60-, 90-minutes) and include needed tasks on your property as well as an outdoor walk. Please book the total visit time and indicate how long (in time or distance) you'd like your pet's walk to be. 

+$15 for each additional dog being walked outside the home.

 

🐾 OVERNIGHT CARE

Starting at $65 / 12-hour overnight (no drop-ins included)

Starting at $100 / 12-hour overnight + two daytime drop-in visits

A Pet Sitting/House Sitting booking includes 12 hours of overnight care in the client's home for the base rate of $65 per night for up to two pets. 

For multi-day stays, $100 per night covers 12 hours of overnight care plus two daytime drop-in visits for up to two pets in the home. You can find additional options under Add-ons.

 

🐾 CONSTANT CARE (24/7 care)

Starting at $270 / 18 hours

Constant care—or 24/7 care—is for pets who need someone in the home at all times. This could be because of age, injury or owner preference. Constant care is charged at $15/hr with a minimum booking of 18 hours ($270 total). Please choose a one-hour arrival window and let me know how many total hours you will need care. For a quote for longer-term constant care bookings, please contact me directly.

 

🐾 PET WASTE YARD CLEAN-UP 

Starting at $30 / 30 minutes 

The base rate for yard cleans includes a sweep of pet waste from your yard (1/2 acre or less) or up to two litter boxes. Ask about rates for regular weekly or monthly yard cleaning.

 

🐾 ADD-ON OPTIONS

Additional charges may apply for: 

  • Additional pets; base prices assume up to two pets in the home
  • Puppies, kittens, seniors or pets with special needs who require extra time or special care (dog/cat rate + 10%)
  • Holiday bookings (base rate + 20% on the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, MLK Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Indigenous Peoples' Day/Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day) 
  • Travel expense may be added for locations requiring travel longer than 10 miles one way from my base in Champaign. Under most circumstances, I am not able to provide services more than 30 miles away from Champaign.

 

🐾 PAYMENT OPTIONS 

  • Payment or payment method on file is required at the time of a booking request for all services. Bookings will not be confirmed nor held until payment information is received.
  • Accepted payments include: All major credit cards (via Stripe), Venmo, PayPal
  • Tips are always appreciated but never expected. 

 

🔕 CANCELLATION POLICY:

I have a 7-day cancellation policy for all confirmed services. This means that you may cancel or change a booking up until 7 days before the confirmed start time for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancelled or changed bookings after 7 days before the start of a booking or during a booking itself.
